Flipping stem change in height PD 1/17 and Aeria Hydration

Hi I have a 100mm 17 degree stem that is angled up. If I flip the stem to facing down how much will this change the base bar height.

It's for Profile Design 1/Seventeen Stem. And if I do flip it down can I still fit the Aeria Hydration system?
