do you think that we can add a rack in the Devinci Milano ?

Probably any normal rack will work. I wouldn't put a ton of money into that bike but a Topeak or Racktime rack would work just fine though there are others out there that would also work. Doesn't look like anything non-standard.

I agree with the above, but, if I were in your situation, I think I would call the manufacturer since they know more about the frames than even the sages of BF.
