Looks like a pretty good price - note seller has an Allegre for $50 also.
Downside, it was posted 16hrs ago in Portland

Specialized Epic Road Bike - $50 (Hillsboro)Sweet old carbon fiber tubing frame with aluminum forks. Needs a little maintenance, since I took it to WashCo bikes in Hillsboro for a tune and the imbeciles there chopped the cables to the brifters and then rode it around on flat tires. Anyway, the bike itself is very cool. I’m just moving and don’t have time to mess with it.
Please text if interested. Don’t email; I won’t see it. First come, first serve. Cash only.

if you know how to replace shifters...

24" 1999 LeMond Tourmalet - $100 (Citrus Heights)
Great bike that has taken me far and wide... but its shifting system (thumb-index shifting) is shot after 20 years of use. That form of shifting is no longer produced, and to replace it I'd basically have to pay out about as much as to get a new decent commuter bike. Everything else on the bike - brakes, wheels, pedals, etc. - is in fine shape. This would be a perfect bike/frame for someone who wanted to do some modifications.
$100 as is gets you the bike and all that is installed on the bike as seen in the picture. I'm 6'3", the frame is 24" - that should give you a good idea as to its size. Any questions? Feel free to inquire.

This is like 1988 or 1989 when the Voyager turned into an afterthought pumpkin, correct?

Some interesting modifications...rear and front derailleur, cantis, wheels seem original, but seatpost, levers (obviously), shifters certainly do not enhance the value.

Chris Chance Road Bike (63cm) - $1,500 (OLD LYME)
Chris Chance is a master framebuilder who learned to build frames at Witcomb USA, a shop that Richard Sachs and Lyme's own Peter Weigle worked for in the 70’s. He began building his own road bicycle frames in 1977, and built his first mountain bike frame in 1982, the “Fat Chance”. This beautiful steel road bicycle came from a collaboration with famed American racing bicycle manufacturer Serotta in the mid nineties. It's a custom build featuring a Dura Ace drivetrain. Seat tube 63cm, top tube 60cm. Own a piece of history from Morrissey Cycles.- do NOT contact me with unsolicited services or offers

LeMond Zurich in Portland, OR
Someone must want this: https://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/...414167828.html
It's a 2001 LeMond Zürich, based off the past colors and the Trek Catalogs. The Wheelset could be sold for $200, I think. Heck, I just paid $80 for an Ultegra front deraillure. Paint looks great from the pictures. I'm tempted to go and look, but then I'ld buy it, and I really don't need to start in on a another 650B conversion.

If those are real tandem rims, I'd pay for the bike for whoever would mail the rims and they could keep it! I think they are just road bike rims that seller installed.
https://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/...414348157.html
For $100, you get a custom, 80's (?) American steel frame set. The brazing on the fillets is exceptional. It comes with wheels, TA cranks, both front and rear derailleurs, front and rear stems, handlebars and brake levers. It is a 10 speed, but the gearing is good for everything but alpine touring, as in Switzerland.
The tires are brand new.
I took off the high end Brooks saddles and bar-cons (bar end shift levers).
All that is needed are two saddles, downtube shift levers, canti calipers, cables and bar wrap.
The front will fit someone 5’8”-6’2” and the stoker/rear rider should be 5’3” - 5’8
I feel like I have a pet that needs adopting. I believe if this bike fits you and your partner, it will be great fun. The frameset warrents upgrading too

Custom Tandem -Super deal - $100 (Near Lewis and Clark College)
What’s the story with tandems? They are like elephants, very cool to look at but folks are afraid to ride them! My wife and I have had more positive adventures on our tandem but since I own three, it’s time to let this one go. Since I can’t seem to sell it at a fair price, I’m practically giving it away. For $100, you get a custom, 80's (?) American steel frame set. The brazing on the fillets is exceptional. For those of you who recently won the lottery or sold off the lions share of your collection, I invite you to consider this legendary 1995 Bruce Gordon Rock & Road touring juggernaut. I've contacted the gentleman and he clearly knows what he has and don't ask because trades won't cut it. Cash is king.
A bike of this pedigree won't sell here in Corvallis or maybe even in Oregon. I believe he'll have to go to the 'Bay to get his asking price. And, he just might get it with BG's recently rocketing to as much infamy as Herse steeds!
https://corvallis.craigslist.org/bik...413841498.html
This bike is in superb condition and ready to ride anywhere in the world. The drivetrain has less than 100 miles on it. The bearings in the Phil Wood hubs and bottom bracket are speced for submersible pumps. The rims on the Mavic wheels are ceramic coated so they will Never wear out. The front rack isn’t mounted but I will ship it with the bike. I usually would only mount it when I was going on a loaded tour. All hardware is stainless steel so it won’t rust. The inside of the frame is coated with Frame Saver.
Chris King headset,
Cinelli 12cm stem,
Cinelli 44cm handlebars,
IRD triple crankset, 175mm. 24-36-46,
Phil Wood bottom bracket,
Phil Wood hubs with Mavic ceramic rims, 36 hole front, 40 hole rear with DT SS spokes,
Continental Contact 700/32 tires with very few miles,
Bruce Gordon cantilever brakes (handmade, cost $388),
Microshift bar-end 10 sp. Shifters,
10 sp. Shimano Deore XT rear derailleur,
Shimano Sora front derailleur,
Shimano 10 speed 11-34 cassette,
Shimano M-959 dual sided SPD pedals,
ISM PL1.1 40 saddle,
Pitlock skewers and seatpost clamp so nobody can steal your wheels or seatpost,
(If you prefer quick release skewers and standard seatpost clamp I can provide those.)

That one has some rust trouble methinks...
and what is with the drumsticks on upper tier bikes coming up for sale lately. Odd.
