Help, can this fit?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows if a Shimano xt8000 groupset with disc brakes can fit on an older hardtail frame. For example a yeti fro pro or independent fab MTB.. thank you for your help.

Assuming the old bike is also disc brake, yes.

Things you want to be careful with

- Crankset = boost or non boost. Make sure you get one that is compatible with your old frame.
- XT Hubs = quick release, thru axle or boost thru axle.

I thought the FRO was a 1980s - 90s model. Without disc mounts, you're SOL.
