I've already ridden on Zwift a few times in October. Not looking forward to more of that, but there will be some. I missed my goal by a bunch last month. I'm going to try for 750 miles in November.

Goal: 200 miles, anything else is gravy. 395 miles will let me complete my goal a month early.

Got in 31 miles yesterday. Got poured on the last 40 minutes.

If the weather works out, I hope for a few hundred for November.

Already over 3K for the year. I will shoot for 250 again this month. Seems like a good stretch goal. Most will be trainer miles.

I'm going to try for 200 miles this month. Cold and dark in the morning but maybe it will change a little after Daylight savings starts.

I have a trainer but it is boring!

Think I’ll try 250 again, should be finished working by next Tuesday. Was scheduled to ride a Century on Saturday, but had to bail due to work. At least I can roll over the registration to next year.

MTD: 0 mi.
Monthly Goal: 250 mi.

11-1 9.5 miles setting up new Zwift Hub smart trainer.
11-2 8.4 miles ramp test on Strava FTP +31, means pain is on the horizon.

Just tried Zwift on a dumb trainer, my garmin watch has my sensors 20-25% higher than what Zwift was showing so I might just go back to watching YouTube video bike workouts on GCN.

That said I've started the month off with an awkward 15km trying to learn the ropes of riding on a trainer.

04 Nov - 15km (24km/h)

Goal: Ride 3-4 times weekly

Riding on a trainer is not enjoyable for me at all. Kind of a necessary evil when the weather gets bad.

I can't do it. If I can't ride outside, I fall back to weight training/resistance bands, exercise videos and if possible, walking and hiking. To me, riding a "cycle" indoors is like kissing your sister...

No offense meant to anyone who rides trainers or Swift or stationary bikes, just not for me.
