Stem Lugs needed for fabricated stem please. (source)

As much as I love the Llewellyn lugs, they are 1) not -17 as God/Eddy intended, and 2) not available.
The major manufacturer of cast lugs, including Llewellyn is Long Shen.

Long Shen makes several -17 stem lugs. So far so good.....however in the United States I can only find the cast steel version, not the stainless steel version. Because, of course, when you build your own stem, the lugs need to be polished.

Available in USA Cast steel from Somafab.com
In Great Britain Cast stainless steel from Ceeway.com

25.4 fork and 26mm handlebar part numbers I am looking for in the USA are S LG302, also known as S LG302F and S LG302R, (or S LG100, same thing but not FleurDeLys)

Otherwise I guess I just buy from England

Thanks in advance

I would inquire at the framebuilders forum here.

maybe a moderator could move it?

I thought of that, but not much action there. In fact I think one the last replies in that forum is from me helping a guy with bending handlebars about 4 days ago. But if moderator wants to move that's fine with me.

I don’t know if they have what you’re looking for, but @gugie gets some of his frame bits from https://framebuildersupply.com.

Nova Cycles carries them, shipping from California, but it looks like they're out of stock right now.

If you want to make it unique, roll your own! Miter two tubes together, brass braze them, and carve them up. Silver to join the tubing together on your handmade lugs.

Here's a seat lug I made a few years ago.

I would just get them from Ceeway in Britain. The dollar is really strong against the pound, so if there's ever a time to buy from overseas, it's now.

Yes, That is the direction I am headed.

It is just so odd that these things travel from Taiwan to England to West Coast USA the long way around the world.

Not odd at all. Nova Cycles doesn't have them in stock, my guess is it's a supply chain issue. Peter at Ceeway has them in stock, so that's where you'd have to order them from.

Thanks for the advice, all. Although I try to support local businesses, I had to buy from Ceeway. They are nice enough, and deserve whatever we can throw their way. They stepped up and bought inventory to sit on the shelf and hope that someone would buy it for more than they paid, and that was me. I bought the last they had.

Good thing you didn't wait any longer looking for another, domestic source.
