Hello guys, does anyone know anything about Pagnini road bikes this bike is supposed to be 1973?
I found a photo of a guy with the same name in my searching included.
Can't find out very much, what do you think anyone?
thank you

There was a brand with similar name (Paganini) that was a house brand of a Dutch seller, tho many of those frames were sourced from Italy...they also had SOME lugs with that "X" piercing but not sure if this frame has any Dutch connection or is a total (Tutto) Italiano...somebody may know more...the device we'd call a Fleur-di-Lys is associated with Florence (Firenze) in Italy, but again might not have that meaning in this case.
Not sure if THIS is the example you are saying is possibly '73, but I'd want to see a close-up of the dropouts (if these are short then it's definitely later than that, more like '78).

Clearly they made some stuff.
Paganini 1983 Campagnolo 50th Anniversary - Classic Steel Bikes
Tip: Classic Steel Bikes | Italiaanse Racefietsen
Bicicletta uomo 28 corsa Pagnini vintage - Biciclette In vendita a Livorno
It's not totally unheard of for early 70s bikes to have top tube cable braze-ons, but it's pretty unusual. I don't know this builder specifically, Italian isn't my love, so I can't say if that's a factor here.

I had that exact frame in 1983. Looked awesome in red under the Xmas tree when i got it as a 15yr kid. The red paint was more like an anodizing over the chrome and chipped off like crazy. At the time it was about 100 quid cheaper than a Colnago Nuovo Mexico (what I really wanted, in Saronni Red). I sold it, and a couple of years later, 1987 i believe, I picked up another Paganini, this time in an almost identical colour scheme to the Concorde frames that PDM used. They were being cleared out for 199 quid at Frodsham Cycles.

I’ve never found anything about it.
Firenze when I’m there, but the North Americans will be confused.
I still have the bike and a 1977 Colnago and a drilled out 76 Bob Jackson which is my favourite.
