When were 10-cogs introduced?

Looking at an “original” bike on CL that is 3x10, but the listed year seems too early.
Anyone know when 10-cog Campy Centaur first appeared?
TIA.

I think late 90’s.

Keep in mind that CL dating tolerance is +/- 10 years.

The Centaur group was introduced in 2002, replacing the Daytona group (legal issues using the Daytona name). I believe that 2002 Centaur group was a 10 speed group....so 2002.
edit: I just looked it up, it seems that '02 Centaur was 9 speed. It does seem that 10 speed Centaur (including a 3 x 10 option) was offered in 2003..
