Tweaker bike.
This is a classic tweaker build. Spray painted Walmart 20 inch full suspension bike, Walmart fork for a 26 inch wheel, no rear shock, drop bars with electricaltapeas bar tape, singlespeed rear wheel, weird chain on the fork, BMX pegs, and the rear brake was operated by just pulling on the cable, which was zip tied to the top tube. It makes me mad that someone would steal a kids bike. This thing was locked up with a padlock and chain. The frame has major dents in it like they were made with a hammer.

Sadly I think there will be a rise in the theft of Walmart and other lower tier bikes not just from kids. But from people fighting rising gas prices buying them to just possibly be able to get to work.
And I don't know if it is true or not, but what I'm told is, bikes like these ridden by young adults with backpacks are a means of selling drugs on the street.

Tweener or Tweaker? Someone tweaking on a bike would be something to see, or not.

I think it's a pic of a tweaker nest, the "stupid" frame that is. Dismantling bikes and buggering about with parts keeps the hands moving while on meth, hence a bunch of stolen bikes being reduced to parts which are left in a messy pile. The object is occupying hands with a repetitive task rather than anything else.

Reminds me of my working days. I pull up to a hamburger joint to dump their trash and an overnight cleaning employee was getting fired for dismantling the milkshake machine.

Nice find, I rescued a bike once with the craziest clown seat, was very soft with a bunch of duct tape. Coworker commented that it looks like a crackhead made it

I think Grant just loves posting bikes with issues or that look different. I don't think their threads have a point it is just needing to post a new thread to post a new picture with no text or anything useful to discuss.

How does one distinguish a Tweaker bike from a DUI/Bum bike?

A bike ridden by someone with a DUI or someone who is homeless is a bike of pure practicality and is carrying stuff around. A tweaker bike is just a bunch of parts slapped together in ways that do not make sense.

Sure maybe but post something with them or just make one thread for all of them. Give someone something to talk about not just pictures. Why are these bikes interesting to you and what are your thoughts on them rather than just pictures of bikes with issues.
