Hi from New Orleans

Okay lurking im not up to date on all the internet lingo!!! The forum looks great I hope to be on here for a while. i really like the bike riding but it seems to actually be harder on my knees than joging . I am hoping this will pass as i get use to being on the bike. It also is killing my but lol......

I have visited the hybrid section already i do enjoy it. The wife is out of town I will try to get her to join when she get back. The name does refer to the vette , but it has been sold long ago. i just use the name know on the forums and what not.

Get a bike computer with cadence and keep it over 60rpm, and ideally over 90rpm.
