I just moved it to the curb. Start of a tandem ride. Gone when we returned 90 minutes later. Just as well, I have enough stuff.

happened to be out riding at sunset yesterday. There was a layer of clouds in the west, but the sun was about to bridge the gap between the clouds and the horizon. Not a bad photo, but the real thing looked better!

the good old days before you had to worry about spam, viruses, hacking, etc.
The biggest problem was the message: "Disk A is out of space. Please insert another disc".

LOL. 😁 I just saw a whole family of deer last night, right as the sun was setting. A buck, a doe, & 2 fawns. They were working their way towards the river, for a drink or a swim, or both. 😎

I just saw 3 red-headed woodpeckers together, but only got 2 in a pic. Left branch, about 1/2 or 2/3 up. 🙂

Now, that may seem to be entirely an unspectacular dirt road. But this is what it looked like as of last summer.

Marengo02 by iabisdb, on Flickr

We had gotten 12 inches of rain one night in April 2016 and washed out a little over a mile of road. Hard to see from in the photo, but that goes down 6 feet. I wonder how many truck loads did it need to fix that. Gives me access to my favorite brown trout river, the Marengo.

While my birding skills are clearly questionable, I do know the little red arrow is pointing to a bald eagle that fortuitously flew into the shot of an empty road ahead.

This is a barn along Duncan road, just a bit SW of Princeville (for those of you keeping track)...
It's been looking a bit rough for years, and it seems that the owner is either tearing it down or scavenging the boards for some other projects. Either way, I find it preferable to the more common method of just letting the barn gradually fall in upon itself.
