Black Friday weigh in - Argggghhhhhh!!!

Black Friday weigh in this morning has me jumping to the Clyde section here (Again).

Working on vintage bike projects, more than actually riding them, plus turning a blind eye to restraint with beer and carbs has got me feeling plump

i could blame the weather, but in Oklahoma, that hasn't been the case this year and besides, it's rarely ever too cold to MTB here.

So I'm back here for more Clyde motivation!

Yep. I had a family tragedy happen that knocked my diet plan aside while I figured out how to console myself. 3 days, 6 pounds. "Fudge." I said to myself. But I didn't mean fudge, at all if you follow my meaning.

I immediately started logging calories again, starting with the M&M's I had for breakfast.

If you fall off, get back on.
