Raleigh Customer Service
Hey guys!
I want to buy a Raleigh e-bike and I was just wondering if you have any opinions/experience about/with their customer service and how easy it is to get parts for a bike from them?
Thanks for your answers in advance!

Looks like you're in Austria, so difficult to say, but if I were looking for any bike where customer service and/or parts was a concern, I would use a local, reliable bike shop.

Ehhh I have had my issues with Raleigh but if Austria is indeed your location you might have better luck than in the states. If you have a Bosch motor you will be fine at least on that front. If it is Tranzx or CurrieTech I would run not walk away, far far far away. Brose is a fine motor as well but when they used it they didn't allow any room for the massive harness of cables and they would get crushed on top of the motor, the bikes looked good and when working were nice but would be a non-buy for me. I don't know if they are using anything else these days but Bosch is reliable with good support all over the world so if you have that you at least have the support you will probably need the most with an e-bike (and with Bosch not so often)
