trek 7300 keeps slipping

trek 7300 keeps slipping
hi there so i just picked up my 2005 trek 7300 from the shop and i got a new freewheel and chain and a derailleur adjustment. when on flat ground i cant go into 8th gear with out it slipping any idea what could be the issue? any helpful tips would be great. thanks

If you just had a shop replace those parts then the chain slipping isn't your problem, it's the shop's problem. Take it back and have them adjust the DR correctly.

oh sorry that was an accident i fixed it it just needed a litte adjustment
