Looking for Bianchi Sprint Sizing Input
Hello! Im new to the community and im between a 53cm and 55 Bianchi Spirit. I'm a bit over 5'9" (176.2cm) and my inseam is 31.75" ( 80.64cm) . I love Bianchi bikes and I've had comfort with 54cm Intenso in the past but now they are making the bikes in odd number sizing. Anyone have experience with the sprint?

If you want an aggressive riding position, get the smaller frame. If you want to sit in a less aggressive position get the larger.
Best to go try one on though. Even if you wind up ordering a higher or lower tier of the same model, you'll still have a much better idea of what it will fit like than we could ever guess.

Use Stack and Reach to compare bikes
I bought an Infinito in 2016. I wasn't sure of which size, so I compared Stack and Reach with my existing bike that fit me reasonably well. The Infinito I got had a little higher stack and a bit shorter reach, perfect. 28,000 miles later, I'm still riding it!

Don't have Stack and Reach for your current bike: I posted this easy measuring method in 2016.
Stem adjustments
If you are using an extra short stem or really long one, or a stack of spacers to compensate for a wrong frame size, this calculator can tell you how much movement a "normal" 90-110mm stem at a "normal" angle will change your bar position.
And how much difference in height and reach different spacers or stem angles will make.

When I was shopping for a new bike, it's stack was 8 mm higher, and the reach 5mm shorter than my current bike. So i knew I could go from a 90mm stem to a 100mm on the new bike (adding a net 5mm more reach), and drop one 10mm spacer to get close to my current fit. And this new bike was a 55cm, the old one was 54cm, so I could ignore that sizing difference, since stack & reach compares them way better.

If it helps, I am 188cm tall and ride 59cm Bianchi Via Nirone 7 and a 59cm Infinito CV. They are both perfect fits, but with an endurance geometry.

I actually purchased OPs Intenso and its a 55cm top/52cm seat according to Bianchi sizing charts.
I think he picked well going 55 for the sprint if he wanted an exact size as the intenso.

I have a 53 Infinito which I love. So comfy! I am 5’9” with 30 inseam.
