6'4'' and 185 when fit and 220 when fat.

L when fit and Xl when fat if wearing American made club type fit jerseys.

XXL Italian aero jerseys if fit and don't even bother when fat. Europeans are small.

I don't mind the american made jerseys for slow rides but the arms are loose, the chest fits well, but the belly is saggy, and the jerseys a long.

I recently came across a couple old jerseys of mine that fit just fine back in the 80s, but now they're too tight! What gives? I didn't think lycra would shrink just hanging in the closet, but what other explanation could there be?

I highly recommend these shirts for the rider who prefers a more relaxed fitting shirt. Very light weight, moisture-wicking and the zipper front really lets the air flow. I recently bought three and they are great.
