Skid patch count?

With a coaster brake wheel. Does skid patch count apply? It terms of tooth count

With a fixed-gear bike, tooth count determines the skid patch pattern. For all other bikes, no.

No, skid-patch worries only apply to fixed gear bikes, and only if you skid the rear wheel to control speed. If your bike can coast without pedaling, skid patches don't apply.
