State Wulf, Crew Defender, Detroit or Sole?

Hi all -
I am 6'4" and looking for the right fixed gear bike for me for around or under $500. In my area there are no hills, and no bike shops so i can't test ride anything. I wanna go fast, but being tall, I don't think I want track geometry for comfort. I also want to be able to bunny hop curbs and think a fatter tire (but not too fat) might be best. Dual hub ideal.
I've heard mixed reviews on 6KU, Golden Cycles, P3, Retrospec Harper and the Fxyation. Priority Ace of Clubs/Spades seems out of budget. Kilo TT/WT are sold out in my size. No used Fuji feathers or declarations available. Also need a little help with the right size frame.

I'm torn between:
State Wulf Coreline 4130 62CM $459
Fuji Declaration 61CM $599 (over budget)
Crew defender 700CM L/XL $299
Sole 59CM $399 (amazon)
Detroit Bikes Sparrow XL $499 (top of budget)

Any thoughts? Dual hub ideal. Appreciate you all!

By "dual hub" do you mean a flip flop hub with threading on both sides ? Do you plan on having a fixed cog on one side and a single freewheel on the other ? Bunny hopping and jumping in general is quite difficult on a fixed gear bike, much easier with a freewheel. I suggest you also consider the State Bicycle Co. Core Line bicycles >>> https://www.statebicycle.com/collect...0aAhcXEALw_wcB

hi! - Yes, dual hub = flip flop hub. Yes, no bunny hopping on fixed cog, but will flip it around for different types of riding. The state bicycle is listed in the original message, the State Wulf Coreline.

State has that new 4130 line of fg/ss bikes. They look okay, seem a little heavy on paper. I think they’re within your budget, maybe a little over.
And it looks like bikesdirect has at least one kilo wt left in a 62cm. You just gotta like powder blue.
But if it’s gotta be one of the bikes you’ve narrowed it down to, I guess I’d go with that State Wulf coreline one.

Definitely not a solé that is 100% never a bike to own or consider. Detroit is where Kid Rock and that bozo Ted Nugent is from (though I do like Stranglehold, I can't lie there) are from, not a place I want to buy bikes. Though some of their stuff is semi made in the U.S. the sparrow is not and the bike isn't worth it. The Crew is a cheap bike. Notice I said cheap and not good. Fuji is garbage, a hi ten frame for that much . The State isn't a great bike but is certainly the one I would consider on that list and certainly they did win me over with a Simpsons and a Wu Tang collection and the Black Sabbath Jerseys were pretty neat. For me I would stick with the 4130 collection and spend the little extra to get a nicer stuff for not a ton of cashola but if I had to stick to core line it would come from the Shaolin Swamps. Gotta support the RZA, The GZA, Old Dirty Bastard, M.E.T.H.O.D. Man, Inpectah Deck, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, U-God and Masta Killa, the Wu Tang Clan!

But if I could swing it and I didn't mind aluminums I would go for the Black Label Wu Tang frame and put some decent parts on it but that is a more expensive proposition and honestly I am not a fan of aluminum and I already have a fine aluminum bike with too much nice stuff on it and a better warranty.

At 6'4", look carefully at the State bike's geo. They have really short head tubes and very low stack. If you're young and limber, that might be fine, but these bikes are all too low for me (at 6'3").

For example, their biggest core line frame has a 135mm head tube and only 570mm of stack. I'm looking for frames with 40-100mm more stack, it's not even close.
