Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Always enjoy being single.

The not so local to me bike shop started up there spring used bike sale after a few years off. It was maybe eight years ago that I bought my first mtb from them and that started me on my fun in the forest rides. So, I decided to check it out to see if there might be something that would peak my interest. I'm looking for something to use as a build I have in mind for this year. So I'm not worried about components and wheels that much because I would be changing them out. I saw a few interesting candidates and will be checking on them later this week to see if they sold or not. After that it was off to go do some loops around my old hometown, and catch up with an old friend.
