[size=13px]hellooo But I have a question to ask, for track rotor aldhu cranks. What if the preload nut is missing, Is it an important piece to the crank? hope to hear from you guys[/size]

Without seeing it to be sure, I suspect it'll act like a SRAM that's missing the spring and force the bearings out of their cups. Have fun.

My gut reaction is why would anyone want to chance riding a bike with a component that isn't complete. The washer serves a purpose and when it isn't present, something has to be lacking. So I wouldn't. I would identify exactly what part is missing and inquire with the mfg. on how to order a replacement.
