Gotta love that literal fork crown.

Possibly a Barelli, see here: https://www.bikeforums.net/classic-v...html?styleid=9
Losa also did a crown panto, but it looks a bit different: https://www.bikeforums.net/classic-v...ification.html

We have seen a frame with the same lug cut-outs come up and been ID'd before...but cannot recall whose hallmark that shape was right now.
I think the mystery was solved by MauriceMoss BITD, but not sure if it was him or another intrepid sleuth, but it has been solved once before.
Wish my memory was better...

+1. Tecnotelia, aka 2T (TecnoTelai). They're a Bolgna based company and appear to still be in business, though now making industrial furniture.

-----
brake bridge a hoot
all of those investment cast googahs yet they cannot reinforce the interior to keep it from collapsing
IIRC crown is a BOCAMA pattern
Mercier began employment of the crown symbol upon a certain date - we are sure to have a member who knows it specifically

Yes, as T-Mar and others have pointed to, it's a TecnoTelai which is covered in this thread by Maurice Moss with pix of others that have the same Zeus DOs...and the lug cutouts match:
