3hrs mid z2 today. Ended up 10w under my target, wanted it to be 200w+. After staying out too late w the gf last night and drinking too much, I decided it was best to take it easy, although the legs were ready for more. Hit a solid 4' climb near the end at 118%, so that's cool.
tmrrw: 5.5-6hrs, prob my biggest ride of the year, capping off a 15hr week.

90 mins, 3x20 sweet spot (90-90-92% respectively), it was a little tough given that I chose to do a big ride yesterday instead of rest. but I hit my numbers

Tomorrow is 4 more hours, again. Oddly enough my legs feel OK, but there are other seemingly random body parts that do not.

Rode around on the fixed gear for an hour. Swung by SacCX to see the last few laps of the day and chat with some friends.

3H ride, 3x20 and Endurance the rest of the ride. Had to stop for a flat - probably time to change the rear, it's pretty damn smooth and data says it's been about 3750-4000 miles. 168 TSS

just shy of 4 hours yesterday. planned to do more but saturday night got a little out of hand.
probably off today. there's a black ice warning and i hate crashing, which i seem to do at least once just about every winter.

Did a set of 15 minute sweet spot intervals Saturday after a crappy/busy week. Busy at work and just tired when I would get on the bike. They actually felt pretty good, and further evidence that my FTP is down (I did them at my recently set FTP, and that even may be a touch high).
Managed to get out yesterday for 1:15. A little chilly once the sun started to get behind the tree line, but I rode hard enough to keep warm once the temp started to drop. Feet got a little cold, but it felt good to get a ride in outside instead of the trainer.
A whole 5 hours for the week.

Hahahaha. I am reading the reports of winter suffering with great amusement. It is my fourth day in a row completely off the bike. So glorious. Though, my legs are starting to get a little twitchy. That could just be from my second cup of coffee. I'll commute tomorrow, though.

Did a couple of 10min intervals yesterday. First 3min at 370w was a bad idea.
Also, I was very dehydrated. Not the best idea, either.
Heading up to Jersey for a funeral this evening. Going to try to steal a local KOM on some pine barrens singletrack tomorrow.

I and my friend rode 160 miles, 5k ft which is all the hills we could find in Texas. Talked all the way side by side
