Very very very cool. Great job.

I'm surprised the OA removed the paint on the fork, I assumed OA was paint safe.

Well, that fork paint was holding on for dear life. Just soaking in plain water would have likely removed most of it.

Those pedals are placeholders as the NDS one is quite bent. I'm thinking of installing fenders and a kickstand, and that should be it.
Great build! I'd be tempted to get some metal stamps and decorate that chain guard.

Okay, here are some final pics of this build before I offer it up to a co-worker. I’ve had these steel Wald fenders kicking around for years, and figure the shiny chrome of fenders, chain guard, and fork would be a look. I also added an Esge kickstand, which seems right for this kind of bike.
