Cycleops Bike Trainer with a Single Speed Bolt on Axle

Hi all, I have been trying to set up my single speed bike with no quick release axle onto a cycleops trainer but the bike keeps falling off. The nut on my bike does not fit into the moveable tube provided with the trainer.

In the youtube video "Bolt-On Axle Assembly with CycleOps Indoor Bike Trainers"
from bikemanforu he shows an adapter for single speed bikes but I cannot find a similar setup anywhere else. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction?

Sometimes the axle nut won't fully seat in the trainer's axle cups due to the shapes and dimensions not quite matching. Either the axle extends too far out of that nut and it's end bottoms out on the cup's base or the cup is too wide to grip the nut before the cup's lip contacts the drop out. Sometimes adding a second nut outboard to the OEM one will allow better cup seating. If this is happening the solution is very low cost and available from LBS or another axle nutted bike. Andy
