Beyond just locking up your ebike..
Saddens me to see this type of crime against folks trying to make a living delivering food on ebikes:

WTF is wrong with people. I get it some of the NYC delivery folks aren't really on e-bikes but mopeds that we call e-bikes because you can actually pedal them and get somewhere and they are a freakin' menace but stabbing people and stealing their stuff is just not the way. If you have to get stabby at least grab some yuppie in a massive tank of a car they use to haul their latte around and could care less about anyone but themselves or maybe just don't stab people? Take up whittling or knife throwing or juggling with knives or sword swallowing or become a chef, plenty of skill using knives.
