Explicitly. I base any apprehension on the many BF members who state they have had to wait extended times, pre & during 'the rona'. I'd be willing to try them though and I hope your items show quickly. I don't know what Bikeinn means by parcel created but the real metric is how fast they put it in your hand. I am not averse to ordering from Europe and have done so several times.
