Video software for bike fit?
Over the early fall, I did some upgrades to my old rig and have noticed the fit is now a little off. Can work most of it out myself, but wanted to see if there were any recommended software programs out there to help me evaluate (via videos I can take on my trainer) some of the angles. Any recommendations?

Kinovea software can be used for fitting analysis.
It take some time to learn its functionality.
I used my cell phone camera and tripod for recording videos.
Using a high speed camera provides best results.

A number of years ago I used a low tech approach with excellent results. Set up vertical and horizontal gradient markings on a wall in the basement. Set a camera up on a table aimed squarely at my mid section. Had my daughter snap the shutter as I positioned myself on various places on the bar and saddle. From the markings I was able to see what happened when I moved around and were I found comfort. Changed bars and stem, then did it all again. The position derived from that session I still use on all of my bikes. Used a stationary trainer, not rollers, to hold me and the bike upright.

this one has some decent reviews. Seems there’s two versions. One more expensive.
