Incepi fixtures are available.
After an absence from the market, incepi disc mount fixtures are available. ISO and Post Mount fixtures are in stock, and Flat Mount fixtures are on order and expected soon.

With that fixture, it needs a spacer between the fixture and the dropout face to get the mounts in the right place relative to the dropout face.

Comes with a the spacers. You need a piece of 3/4 inch tubing and a bolt. The fixture and the spacer go on the tube then bolt the whole thing up to the drop out. As I used the Columbus chain stay with the brake mount crimp I had to locate the crimp on the mount and cut the stay together. I was surprised how easy and well it worked.

I am curious about your dummy axle bolt diameter. What tolerance was there between the bolt and the 12mm hole in the dropout?
