Seat movement

Ironing out some kinks in the ride and am dealing with a little seat movement for the first time. I've been running an Easton EC70 Seatpost for about a year now and now my seat (Selle SMP) is starting to exhibit very marginal movement (with sound) both horizontally and vertically under load, and I feel like I've tightened the bolt to the maximum I'm capable. Obviously it could potentially still always be tighter, but not sure that's it anymore. I've taken out the through bolt that holds on the clamps and cleaned everything. It's almost like that the through bolt is rotating slightly under pressure rather than being totally stable.

1) Can anyone direct me to a replacement part (if it exists, I've had some fails searching)?
2) Any other suggestions?

In trying to see what your post clamp looks like I find at least two different clamping designs have been offered (and two offsets with the more current version). Which do you have? Andy

0mm setback
The clamping design is the one which is open in the center, making it look like a small "U" when clamped onto the saddle rails.
