Today was step #1!
A thousand mile journey begins with one step.... And today was step one.
My last real ride almost 2 1/2 years ago was a 45 mile 18.5 mph ave.... 2 1/2 years later, 50 extra lbs, 2 kids, asthma, and allergies I got back on for my 1st ride.
18.2 with a 14.3 average...... I don't care how slow or how short, it's still step one
