Olive Oil is great stuff. I mean vegetable oil labeled as vegetable oil, canola, corn, soybean, etc. I personally use organic cold pressed olive oil and coconut oil.

Avocado oil is really good too. I tend to use it mainly for stir fries as it has a higher temp resistance than olive oil. Coconut oil is great too, but sometimes I find it adds too much coconut flavour, which I may or may not want depending on the dish.

This talk is making me hungry now!

The specific vegetable oil that you use is your choice.
