Fat Bike crank fell off today!

Hi,

I have a Motobecane 2021 Boris X5 Fat Bike and the left crank completely came off today. Where can I find a spare part (is it called a cap?) that can reattach it? I'd attach pictures if I could, but its the end cap that is supposed to hold the left crank onto the bottom bracket.

Crankset LASCO GOX 22/36T ALLOY BKx175MM ALLOY BLACK CRANK
Bottom Bracket LASCO 100x1.37 BSA Standard English Threaded

THANKS!

2021? Should that be warranty? I'd contact BD.

If that is square taper, any square taper crank of that length will work.

Those bolt caps can be purchased at any LBS as they are standard. Torque value is 30 ft/lb or 42NM.

The crank may not stay on if the crank arm flats have been peened a bit. You might need to file them flat but don't take much off.
