Celo Europa
What is a fair market price for a Celo Europa touring bike, one owner, in good condition with some road rash? Purchased from Marcel Calborn's Manhattan Beach shop in 1983.

Orange adds at least $50 to the overall price.

I wouldn't hesitate to spend upwards of $400 if I was in the market, surely $450 with the orange tax. However, I am a total cheapskate so there's also that. A lot of people see Celo Europa as the Colnago knock offs, but they share a special place in my heart for being the redheaded stepchild.

Thanks for your thoughtful and informative reply. You are the kind of buyer I am looking for for my baby -- not someone who will cobble it for parts.

That’s nice. If it were close and my size I’d be interested at $400-450ish. What are the brakes?
it looks like it has those Blackburn dropout adapters for the rack

The brakes are Campagnola. I am in The Villages, Fl (near Orlando). I am not a bike techie, so really just rode a great bike. If you want measurements, I can send them. The seat tube measurement is 56 cm.
