it's hard to rock that outfit in AZ... He's too cool, though. And that bike's a beauty. He's got that whole brown/Red thing goin' on.

Sweet bag he has hanging from the top tube!

I noticed while browsing that blog that stylish cyclists don't wear helmets. I'm guilty of not wearing a helmet sometimes (on really hot days), but even then I'm nowhere near as stylish as this gent.

I should take a photo of my wife riding her Rivendell mixte while wearing her normal (usually quite stylish) clothing. Yes...when I lovingly picture my wife in my head she is riding a bicycle. Is that bad? All I can say is that when I'm bicycling along next to my lovely wife riding her stylish bicycle, I'm a happy man

i'd say stockholm has copenhagen beat on looks (maybe the extra sunniness gives them nice tans), but as far as bicycle commuting, copenhagen is the best bike town i've been to. Bikes are priority #1, and cars are just in the way. I rented a bike as soon as I arrived, and it was by far the easiest way to get around town.

Nope
I have a Redline R530 with a similar geometry, but in a diamond frame. When I stand next to it the handle bars are above my waist and I stand 6'-2". It is part of the very upright geometry that is used for the utility bikes.

Give me a tee shirt, lycra undies and...well, I don't think I'd do as well in high heels...

I'm pretty sure many of those stylish Euro commuters don't need helmets cuz they don't ride too fast and aren't bent over. And wowza.

I'd guess that she rides along at a leisurely pace and that sprinting never really enters the picture.
