Need a Five Second Ride
I am not really training for anything right now (the Pandemic killed those plans). But I am trying to keep my fitness at a reasonable level and 10 hours of weekly saddle time is one loose measure of 'was this a decent training week'. My week ends on Sunday and Wko5 is telling me the following (after today's ride).
Guess I need another 5 seconds - Maybe three 1 second intervals with a 1 second rest period between them - that should do it.

As any coach would tell you:
1-second warm-up - 1-second interval - 1-second rest period - 1-second interval - 1-second cool down.
