There isn't a best saddle....Fabric makes different types of saddles for different types of bikes and riding styles. The type of saddle you choose will depend on what type of bike you have and how upright or how aero your bike is set up....I have a Fabric Scoop Sport Shallow on my drop bar gravel bike and I like it a lot. My hoods are level with the saddle and I have everything set up so I can ride comfortably in the drops or on the hoods.

Any saddle that feels good is the best saddle for you. The brand doesn't matter it is the feel of it to you. The first and most important thing is making sure your current saddle is properly adjusted and then figure out what you like and don't like about it and then maybe figure out with a fitter or someone knowledgeable in saddles what saddle might work best.

Fabric is the only saddle that caused me instant and reproducible sharp hip pain. It is too bad (for me), because I like the aesthetics.
Many people seem to love them, so it is absolutely impossible to recommend which one might be even tolerable, let alone "the best."
