WTB: 64-66cm Lightweight Steel Frame Standard Diameter (Tange 1, Reynolds 531, etc)
Hey,
I put out a call a while back for a project bike that I then put on hold. Just missed out on a deal so I’m following up. The plan is to make this into a 650b conversion singlespeed/fixie with a dynamo light to use for commuting and maybe light randonneuring events. Paint can be rough and I’m even willing to do minor frame repairs if needed.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
Possible frames:
if you have a really cool 27inch frame I might be into it and I’ll just do a 700c conversion instead. I just already have 650b rims for a wheel build.
cheers!

Here’s what I’m looking for:
- 64-66cm seat tube.
- Standard diameter tubing that’s lightweight and butted.
- A frame designed for 700c wheels, not 27 inch.
Possible frames:
- Centurion Ironman (le mans or elite rs too)
- Novara Trionfo
- Panasonic Dx5000
- Raleigh Competition GS

Hi Tim,
I have a Shogun 1000 frame and fork in fantastic condition overall with just a few light rust spots. Tange 1 or 2, originally had 700c wheels. It was either a 63cm or 64cm seat tube. Might this be something you'd be interested in? I'm in MA, not sure if you were looking to have something shipped or are preferring local. Thx

64-66cm Frame?
Hello,
I live in Seattle and I might have what you are looking for. I have a Masi Nuovo Strada frame that is 64.7cm CTT with a 59.6cm top tube.
It’s made from Columbus Aelle tubing and needs a paint job.
The fork is chrome plated but the chrome is poor. I’d sell it to you for what I paid for it, $150. Here are a few pictures of it. Let me know if you’re interested.
