Shimano BR-RS305

Hi,

Same topic exists in "Road", but since Forum is based on bike type, not components I do not see different method to get more opinions. I know that mentioned brakes are used in Road and Gravel bikes, so maybe some of you used them.

I bought bike with BR-RS305 mechanical brakes. I have not ridden it yet, so I am looking for opinions about them.

Anyone used them? Any comments? Any comparison to TRP Spyre?

I live in flat area and I am not sure if it worth to go for hydraulic set. Tiagra is not super expensive but I am not 100% sure, that hydraulic set is improvement I really need
