Dutch Cycling Embassy, what can outside advisors teach us?

Recently the Truckee Meadows Bicycle Alliance brought the Dutch Cycling Embassy to Reno, Nevada. We also brought the League of American Bicyclists to Reno. These were totally new experiences for us and it was fun.
