But not knowing what type riding position you like and nothing about your bike and style of riding or how long you ride at a time. And perhaps some of your personal perceptions about what you've tried and did or didn't like already. Why should I even begin to suggest something?

Hard to recommend any seat . In my own situation I've been using 225mm to 250mm comfort seats . After rides I always have soreness. I was given 143mm seat just to try . Nowhere near as padded . Infact no padding at all . But that seat eliminated my issues almost 100%.
Get yourself a piece of cardboard . Set down with it on a firm surface . I used steps . Take the imprint and measure your sit bones. NOTE: Not Butt cheeks . Makes all the difference
I was also having issues of my right hip bothering me afterward as well. That is gone . It's all about the spacing of your pelvic sit bones
IMO after my experiences .
I'd been lead to think that cushy wide seats is where all the comfort is . Like sitting on the couch . Problem is with a couch yoyr hip joints aren't going up and down. If you seat is to wide or narrow . It's going to hurt after awhile .
Take the advice of measuring yourself . Had I taken it when I first was told to get measured . I'd have saved myself hours of NUMB NUTS lol .

might try aluminum foil for sitbone print. wide seats are generally not your friend, unless we're talking grandma riding the trike around the senior living complex. also, bike shorts with well designed padding are the norm for an evolutionary reason. this issue is best tackled with a good bike shop if you're looking for a more-than twice-a-month solution.
