I don't think you're going to get too many offers. General maintenance tools aren't that expensive and easy to find. What most of us do is buy the tools that are specific to our bikes and situation and slowly build up an arsenal. I don't think I have any tools that I would want to depart with and neither would most of us.
Anything in particular you're looking for. We can probably point towards the best place to pick them up. If you're low on money go to a swap meet. More specifically, go to a bicycle swap meet. You're sure to find plenty of second hand tools there.
