Hi all,
Only just getting into cycling since hanging up the football boots.
I've got a orbea avant h40. Seemed like the right bike to get for entry level.
As I'm rather new, any tips would be great!

Tips for new riders.
1. Rubber side down at all times.
2. Miles of smiles or something is not right.
3. Consistency over years yields the biggest rewards.
4. Groups can be great.
5. BF to keep you keen.
6. Roll on!
