Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Both Shimano teams. I see an opportunity for Sram and Campangolo.

i have narrowed to 3. my ppi meds...bananas...i only ingested these 2 on the day i was afflicted. but the day before, i has rather a lot of gluten in the form of a delicious pizza.

i recovered on a pineapple diet. it reduced the abdominal cramps and inflamation.

There was not even a precipitating event, just I literally woke up one day and realized I was hitching my star to a very dysfunctional person. Smart, witty, athletic, and fun to be around, yes. But basically F-ed up from a weird rich person upbringing and at the very least an alcoholic. The kind of guy who has the real potential to drag me down with him. I understand. Been there, done that.

I had a close call or two myself, but like you said, one day the fog clears just a little and you see things clearer and you realize "Hey, this is fun and all, but it sure ain't good", and then it's time to skedaddle.
