I purchased mine in 2019. At that time the NPS website listed those parks that did sell the passes. Yes, not all of them but there was no guesswork. I had a trip to New England planned so just diverted to Springfield, MA and bought the pass at the Armory. It fully paid for itself on a subsequent trip to Gran Teton and Yellowstone parks. Free ride now.

We ended up getting ours online before the cost went up. The first opportunity we had to use the pass was in Grand Junction at the Monument. I was so disappointed when we reached the gate and it was unoccupied. Up top at the visitors center my wife told the ranger how disappointed I was. :-) We fully benefited when we crossed Trail Ridge Road later that week. During our 9000 mile (in the car with the tandem on the back) National Parks trip in 2021 we really benefited!
I think we are making all those young kids under 62 jealous.

Mine is touring in Canada. The distances are in kilometers, so they whiz by. Makes me feel young again, even a loaded century is doable. Then, the Canadian dollar is about $0.70 US, so food, lodging, etc. are discounted.

Happens to me all the time. Sign right back in again and back arrow(previous page) a couple of times ....it's still there(as long as you don't close that browser).

Seems to happen in spurts. When it gets bad, I'll try to copy all (ctrl-A ctrl-C) before I post. If it's dorked up I simply reply (again), paste, and post before the token expires.

Same here. I'm a slow typist and the BF reply window would often time out. I now compose my posts on notepad or any other text program before clicking on "reply". When ready I then copy & paste it to BF.

I used to try to remember to copy the text before a preview, but changed internet systems last Oct, now my internet is much more reliable and I rarely accidently try to post when I am off-line. But this time it said something expired, was not an off-line problem.
I will try to be concise with what was erased, there are two ways to get to PEI not counting air travel. Bridge or ferry. To the island is free but you pay to leave. (Start humming the lyrics of Hotel California.)
My info is from 2019.
I took a ferry to the island, I had a spare strap that I used to strap my bike to a bollard in the lower deck, they did not have a convenient bike stand.
Leaving the island, the bridge does not allow bicyclists. You have to take a shuttle. They have a trailer that has very good bike racks on it, that is how they transported my bike for me.
Cost of shuttle was quite reasonable. They only charged for the cyclist and bike, they did not charge additional fees for each pannier, etc. Again, this was 2019 pricing.
When I saw five consecutive days of rain in the forecast, I chucked my plan and stayed for three nights at the HI Hostel in Charlottetown, but I do not know if hostels still operate post-covid or not. That change of plan allowed me to sightsee in a historic community while I could dry out for a very wet period.
They have a nice trail system, a lot of the trails are flatter than the roads so I used the trails a lot. But they are gravel. I had 57mm tires that worked well on the trails.
Have a great trip.
