Power pedals, re-visited

I’m interested in getting a power setup for our tandem and wondered if anyone has any good solutions in place.

There is a 4 year-old thread on this but lots has changed, especially the software.

I have a dual sensing crankset on my road bike, and ride on Zwift a lot - no question in my mind at this point that power tracking is valuable.

Ideally we’d track effort from both of us, as a sum of total rider effort for the bike so it rolls directly into apps like Strava. Ie if I’m putting out 200w and stoker is putting out 120 then we have 320 total for the bike.

As far as the hardware, I’d like to go with Garmin Rally pedals so we can use them across other bikes. Single-sided is adequate for our needs.

The issue is how to sum the efforts. Does anyone know of any app that could track two single-sided Garmin Rally pedals and tally them up?
