Well, if it is, you don't want to bother paying much for the shoes.

Rims are H+Son which seem to be quite well regarded. They are definitely easy to build.
What rims are your Psimets?

Nike, Brooks, and Saucony for me. We're talking late 70s/early 80s. I had a pair of Waffle Trainers, BITD.
My Dad made fun of expensive running shoes, because they didn't wear those when HE was young (and there, we're talking late 30s). So I said, "How many guys you ran track with in high school were still running for exercise 5 or 10 years later?" I mean, when I was in high school, we ran miles and miles wearing Converse canvas track flats, which were basically enough shoe to put a small amount of rubber between you and the pavement.

Work went full nightmare. Back to discussions of kept man status. Still probably won't.
In other news, my QC45s that failed and were warrantied? The replacements failed in a different way in a week. Went with the Sonys and returning the Boses. Sigh.

My wife had some Hoka she thought were okay. Now she has some Altra shoes she really likes. She’s got Morton’s Neuroma in her left foot, so she’s very limited on what type of shoes she can use (needs a wide toe box, limited drop)
I’ve never tried a mizuno either, but I feel like they excel at pretty much everything they make.

Mizuno is great. I’ve played with 2 different sets of their irons and currently bag 3 and 5 woods.

I stayed back from the exploration of new cenotes and was chatting with the man selling trinkets. He told me he had 8 kids. The reason? They didn't have a tv. He's a few years older than me.

I have a set of forged mizuno irons with flighted rifle shafts (this is like 10 year old tech) with TM R11 TP driver w. Diamana Kai’li 70 (aftermarket) driver and 3W (also 10 year old tech). I don’t know if Mitsubishi still makes shafts but I loved the **** out of that one.
I don’t play much anymore though
