Trying to pick a wheelset

Finally got my coveted wait BAREKNUCKLE. Beautiful frame.
I have everything ready except the wheelset.

According to Zack gallardo these are the best budget wheelsets:

Sun m13
Mavic cxp elite
Velocity aero
Velocity deep v
Should i get these ? Velo mine has the deep v for 229 + shipping 32 spokes. My first fixie was a generic china fixie and the rims kind of looked like them so I'm scared they aren't good and are very heavy.

Going to call retrogression tomorrow and ask when they'll be getting the tb14 in stock again.

What do you guys think ?

The Velocity Deep V is not outrageously heavy, just not featherweight. But weight is relative. Not sure what your expectations are. Those wheels will go nicely on your Bareknuckle, and be better quality than some cheap Chinese set you had before.

A set of TB-14s would also look very nice.

The build of the wheel is as important as the quality of the components in my opinion. Go with a builder that has a good reputation.

yeah i think im just going to buy really good hubs and rims and just take them to my country. manual labor is cheap af there so could prob go to a good bike shop to get everything done for like 5-10 bucks.
