Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

So, for those with LPLOs on Chrome -

When I've gotten one lately, I've:

1) Hit F12
B) Clicked on the mobile emulation mode -

iii) accessed the last page without problem.

Strangely, just accessing the last page in the mobile mode seems to be enough to get around the lock-out. If I go immediately back to the desktop mode, I'll still have access to the last page, even without having made a comment on said page.

Maybe this would give Bah Humbug a clue as to the nature of LPLOs, but he seems to be on hiatus.

I'd like to get rid of the weight machine and get something like a Tonal.

My first impression was that there seems to be a guillotine to the left of the TV.

That's there to remind me that fidelity to my wife is very important.

Actually, it's a water rower.

Trainer has arrived and has been physically set-up (cassette and TA endcaps installed - it was otherwise ready-to-go). Folds up and tucks out of the way nicely, better than expected. Don't have time to play with it, though, so I'll have to see about Garmin and/or PC integration tomorrow or Thurs.

It is not uncommon to see people riding horses along the streets in my 'hood.

Where all FTPs are above average? No, but going-out-of-business sales don't typically cater to my riding season. As it is, this one wasn't too badly timed, though I do hope to get in another month and a half or so of outdoor road riding.

There are horses two blocks from our house as well. We live in the middle of the city.

I've mentioned this before, but when my kids were in high school, there were some kids that would ride their horses to school. They'd just tie them to a tree for the day.
