83 Bianchi Single speed build

Background:
Started with a low-end 83 Bianchi frame. It came with a after market steel fork. Based on suggestions from experts here about the quality of the frame, I decided to go with single speed build. I was able to install the Shimano UN-55 english 68mm x 110mm.
Making a slow progress. I've couple of questions:
  • Is the 110 mm BB right size for my setup? Look at the top view picture. I assuming that Crank should be in a straight line with the rear sprocket. Could you please assist me in how to align those? Please let me know if you need additional pictures or measurements.
  • What type of brake lever do I need?
  • Seat tube is 25.9mm and the seat post is 25.4. What's the best way to install? I'm afraid that Seat post would break, if I tighten the bolt,

Installed fork, headset and handle bar

Cool, build. That will be a very rewarding ride once you're done with it! I dont know much about single speed set ups, so I cant help with the chain line alignment question.
As far as the seatpost diameter, I would highly recommend sourcing the correct post for your seat tube. Seems like a strange seat tube size to me, but if your post is too small, that's better than too big. Every once in a while in a pinch, I have used strips of aluminum cans as shims to help fill small gaps for equipment that is a few millimeters difference, but I dont know that I would highly recommend it, and I'm not suggesting that you do. Not as a permanent set up anyway.
One other thing I want to add is I've used the 3ttt version of those handlebars that you're using and it is EXTREMELY difficult to route the brake cables through those bars. Ive routed those bars twice and both times took several hours and several rounds of cursing and swearing. Although, I was routing with the shifter cable as well, so maybe you wont have that problem, since you just need the brake cable through. That being said they are some of the most comfortable bars I've ridden.
The Sram levers should work fine, you will have to get them right up to the holes in the bars to get them to fit right. Also, it looks like you are using a front brake mounted to the rear. You might want to mount it in front, as it seems to have a long enough bolt on it and it will give you more stopping power. Use the correct nut on there too, to mount it. The fork will probably take a recessed nut since it appears to be more modern.
Good luck with the build, and have fun!

The right bottom bracket length depends on the crank brand/model and application. If you're going to use the outer ring of a double crank on a fixed-gear/single-speed, you'll want to use as short of a bottom bracket as you can get away with. For example, my FG uses an old Sugino GLP crank, and the chainline is almost perfect with a 103mm bottom bracket. It can take trial and error to get it right, good thing Shimano and Tange bottom brackets are inexpensive.

Here's how to measure chainline: https://www.sheldonbrown.com/chainline.html

I'e never been a huge fan of measuring a seat tube with calipers. See if you can find a shop with a set of sizing gauges.

Ideally, the plane of the chainring should be co-planar with the plane of the sprocket:

If they do not line up at first, use spacers under the sprocket or bottom bracket fixed cup to move the sprocket or the chainring slightly outboard to improve the chainline.
