I'd hope so. Don't see anything in the ingredients that gives me pause. My test is a point lower than the clinical low-normal, but that means nothing.

Funny, but at one time I was looking for a CAAD9/10 frame to build up for a commuter/crit bike and couldn't find one in decent shape for what I consider a reasonable price. I actually ended up with a Madone 5.2 Pro frame for less, and it has been a great bike for the last few years. The whole CAAD thing jumped the shark years ago (See the 41 "Cult of CAAD" thread for further evidence). The poseurs have driven up the market considerably. I'd still love one, but not at what they're going for. I'm too cheap, and it would kill my frame-buying budget. Sooner or later I'll pick one up...

I care less about what someone is riding than how they ride it and how the bike is cared for. There are bikes, geometries, and technologies that I haven't cared for, but that doesn't mean that they don't work well for someone else. I've been beaten by pretty much every bike brand out there, so there must be something else here at play. Tire pressure/width? Yeah, that's it.

Got a holiday bonus (literally a holiday bonus, for working on Monday holidays this year). In a fit of rash spontaneity, I blew it on a Stages PM. So that's going to be interesting. Or foolish.

Went to a fancy resort buffet today with the family and I made my meal on just bread, cheese, shrimp, and Brussels sprouts because everything else had meat, even the salads. Lame.

I killed the dessert bar though! My pastry game is 99/100

I mostly ride 32 spoke wheels when I'm not racing, so that would almost be like a disc wheelset. Aero bonus!!! Maybe I should start wearing a TT helmet on my commute.

yeah, unfortunately in practice TUEs for low T do not exist.

the marketing for that supplement talks about things that raise my antennae (the testosterone stuff & mention of anabolic agents).

lots of supplements make me wary--sometimes other stuff gets in there as there is no real regulation.

Considering upgrading my iPhone 4, but not to the 6. Suggestions? Apparently software upgrades are overwhelming the 4's computing power.

If you don't want the 6 due to price, you may be able to get a discount through Staple's trade-in. Not sure of specifics, but a guy at work got a $200 trade-in for his 4.

The difference in battery life between the 5 and 6 is significant enough to make it worth the difference in price. IMO of course.

Verizon had a similar deal when the iPhone 6 was introduced. I sent them my iPhone 4 and I am waiting for a response / check.

+1

One of my favorite things about the 6 is that you can use an iPad charger (12v) to charge it SUPER fast.

Only thing I don't like is that it seems harder to handle when trying to take pics on the bike. (hands too small I guess)
